If you're investing in booth space, you deserve straight answers. Here's what the best exhibitors ask before, during, and after every show.

Do I need to learn or log into any apps?

No.This is a 100% Done-For-You system.

How do delegates scan the QR code?

Everybody has a mobile phone with a QR scanner or camera. They have the magic tool in their hands. Visitors or Delegates simply scan the QR Code in your booth or media presentations, and they are connected. Note: Most consumer shows don't have badges or scanners so this system works on every kind of show.

What happens after they scan?

Step 1: The booth visitor enters their basic data such as name, company, email, and cell #.
Step 2: Multiple-choice options such as specific interests, intents, product choices, and service choices, are chosen.

Step 3: They Submit and instantly receive your Show Special info,Value added Free Resource (Such as a Free estimate or design), Digital Gift Cards, Appointment-setting Calendars, Offers, info, etc. Their submission simultaneously enters the prospect into your customized DFY follow-up flow.

Step 4: Visitor is connected to event updates and an automated follow-up campaign.

Step 5. You are notified live with submissions, and it's up to you to interact as the follow-up emails and texts help build and confirm a sale or relationship.

Can this filter out competitors?

Delegates unknowingly may self-identify through smart questions and their answers. (logical routing). Competitors receive neutral content only.

Where should I display the QR code?

Most exhibitors do not make this QR code large enough. It should be prominent on your backwall graphics (18"x 18" or larger) with a clear title such as "Scan for Offers" or "Scan to Enter "Also have small versions on banner stands (not a tiny spot at the bottom but across the top ). MAKE IT OBVIOUS: Business cards, Counter fronts, Floor decals, Print materials, Email links, Social Media pages, Swag, and your Staff Attire. Your goal is to register as many prospects as possible in your booth during conversations that build trust and lead to the QR Scan invitation. Then the follow-up flow begins, relationships build, opportunities arise and making the sale becomes a natural progression.

Does this work without venue Wi-Fi?

QR scanning works offline. Rural facilities maintain open access. Major facilities offer exhibitors paid services. Visitors can scan regardless. For downloads or submissions the visitor may need a hotspot in the show. The QR carries on and out of the event to even activate at home.

Submission requires a cellular or Wi-Fi connection—most delegates use cellular data even when venue Wi-Fi is paid or restricted.

Can I update the QR destination after printing?

Yes. The Center Aisle Lead Connector platform allows re-directs to websites, review sites, forms, downloads and more.

We can update where your QR leads anytime, with no reprints required. Your printed assets (with the QR Code) never gets old.

Can leads be sent to my CRM?

Yes. We can export clean, segmented leads or integrate with popular CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, etc.)

Will my booth staff get notifications?

Yes. During your onboarding process, staff contact data is submitted so notifications can be sent directly to them live by text and email.

You will see the input results on your mobile to continue the conversation, confirm the opt-in and compliment the visitor interaction.

Can delegates book meetings at the show?

Yes. As an exhibitor, if you are accepting private meetings, you establish specific availability of dates and times for appointments in your booth.

Appointment setting can also be entered for post-show follow-up calls to the visitor or delegate, based on their availability.

What reporting do I get?

Is this better than badge scanners?

Badge scanners (usually rented) put the responsibility on you to scan, charge, upload, and return after the event. Booth staff typically ask to scan a visitor's badge or QR code. Instead, the visitor can scan from a distance or be invited during a conversation. Much less friction. Your exhibit message and incentives are desirable, and the visitor chooses to participate without any friction. Many shows do not have any visitor tracking or opt-in system. There is no integrated follow-up system, usually a csv file with a list of names, emails, etc. Data is limited and not personalized based on your own exhibiting purpose.
