Everybody has a mobile phone with a QR scanner or camera. They have the magic tool in their hands. Visitors or Delegates simply scan the QR Code in your booth or media presentations, and they are connected. Note: Most consumer shows don't have badges or scanners so this system works on every kind of show.
Step 1: The booth visitor enters their basic data such as name, company, email, and cell #.
Step 2: Multiple-choice options such as specific interests, intents, product choices, and service choices, are chosen.

Most exhibitors do not make this QR code large enough. It should be prominent on your backwall graphics (18"x 18" or larger) with a clear title such as "Scan for Offers" or "Scan to Enter "Also have small versions on banner stands (not a tiny spot at the bottom but across the top ). MAKE IT OBVIOUS: Business cards, Counter fronts, Floor decals, Print materials, Email links, Social Media pages, Swag, and your Staff Attire. Your goal is to register as many prospects as possible in your booth during conversations that build trust and lead to the QR Scan invitation.
